The Sales and Marketing Head is responsible for the overall management of all strategic operational Sales and Marketing activities of the organization.
Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Develop and recommend pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to the Executive team.
Establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout all promotional materials, and events.
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Meet with key clients, assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Analyze and control expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirements.
Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Promote and enhance the brand and brand image.
Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.
B. Job Specifications:
Minimum Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Course / Training Registration: Business Studies, Marketing or any related field
Specific area(s) of experience needed:
1.Experience in real estate sales preferably in mixed-used, and multi-unit projects.
2.Proven track record in similar role or at the level of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager preferable in a real estate business
How many years: 10-15 years total working experience 5 to 7 years experience working in a real-estate preferably those who have handled high-end projects
Specific abilities, skills required:
1.Extensive knowledge on sales/marketing techniques, research and analysis
2.Ability to manage budgets and control costs. Gather, interpret and make best use of data to increase sales.
3.A motivational leader focused on managing, coaching and developing the Sales and Marketing team to achieve their full potential.
